How Do I Enter a Competition?

To participate:

  1. Visit our website and choose your preferred competition.

  2. Answer the competition question.

  3. Select how many tickets 🎟️ you’d like to purchase.

  4. Log in or create an account.

  5. Accept our Terms & Conditions and proceed to checkout.

  6. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your entry once your order is complete.

Where Is My Confirmation Email and Ticket Numbers?

Once your order is processed, a confirmation email with your ticket numbers will be sent to you — typically within 10–15 minutes. During busy periods, it may take a few hours. Ticket numbers are generated instantly upon order completion.

Where Can I Find My Ticket Numbers?

Log in to your account. On mobile, tap your profile icon; on desktop, hover over it. Click “My Tickets” to view all your entries across competitions.

How Will I Know If I’ve Won?

Winners will be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of a competition closing. If your contact details change, please update your account. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

How Can I See Who Won?

Visit the Competitions page to view results for each draw. You can also browse past winners on the Winners page or watch previous live draws.

How Long Are Competitions Open?

Each competition’s opening and closing dates are published on our website. We may extend a competition if tickets have not sold out. Live draw dates may also change in exceptional cases, with updates posted on our social media.

Who Is Eligible to Enter?

Anyone aged 18 or older can participate, except employees of NEXT GIVEAWAYS LTD, its partners, and suppliers.

What Kind of Prizes Are Available?

Prizes vary per competition and are detailed on the competition page. If a listed prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Is There a Cash Alternative?

If a cash alternative is available, it will be clearly stated on the competition page. In some cases, we may offer a cash alternative at our discretion, particularly for technology-related prizes.

How Is My Personal Data Handled?

Your personal data is used solely to manage your entry and award prizes. We never share data with third parties unless necessary to operate the competition. Do I Have to Appear in Promotions If I Win?

No. Participation in promotional content is optional. With your consent, we may feature your win on our website or social media. However, we may still be required to share your name with regulators for transparency.

How Is the Winner Chosen?

After each competition closes, entries are posted to our website and Facebook within 24 hours. Winners are selected via Google Random Number Generator during a live stream on Facebook or YouTube. Your entry number is matched to determine the winner.

What Are My Chances of Winning?

Your odds depend on the total number of entries. Each competition page displays the maximum number of tickets available.

What Happens If a Competition Doesn’t Sell Out?

We may extend the closing date or adjust the prize to reflect ticket sales. However, all competitions will still go ahead once the countdown ends.

Can I Get a Refund?

All competition entries are final. Refunds are not available.

How Do I Apply a Discount Code?

Enter your discount or coupon code at checkout before completing payment.

Can I Use PayPal?

Yes ✅ If you’re 18 or older, you can use PayPal at checkout. We are an official PayPal partner.

Why Does My Bank Label the Payment as a Subscription?

Although we do not operate subscriptions or auto-renewals, some banks may label multiple online payments as “subscriptions” for tracking. Please note: we do not run recurring payments or direct debits.

What Checks Do Competition Cars Undergo?

All cars are serviced according to manufacturer guidelines and inspected for safety. We also carry out background checks to ensure vehicles are free of any outstanding finance or issues before being offered as prizes.
